Our policy

We accept returns for eligible items in their original condition for a full refund if the return is requested within 15 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Request window: You have 15 days to request a return from the date it was delivered.
  • Return window: You have 7 days to mail the return to us after the return is approved.
  • Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any odors. The original tags must be unaltered and attached to the item. The original packaging must be included.
  • Security tags: Any item shipped with a security tag must be unaltered and cannot be removed.
  • Hygienic stickers: Any original hygienic stickers must remain unaltered and cannot be removed.

Please keep the following in mind: 

  • Apparel: Please be careful of deodorant, perfume, or makeup rubbing off on the garment. Avoid wearing jewelry that may cause tears. We do not accept items with odors.
  • Shoes: Please try shoes on carpet, as any hard surface can easily scuff shoes. Shoe boxes and dust bags must be returned undamaged.

Additionally, these items not ineligible for return

  • Final sale: Items marked final sale on the item page at the time of purchase.
  • Vintage: Items marked as vintage.
  • Items used in photo shoots, video shoots, or other creative productions

Damaged and defective: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping fees: Any initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.

We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns or returned items that don’t meet our return policy. Rejected returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Please do not abuse our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse return or cancel and block future orders from customers with an excessive rate of returns.

How to return an item

To return an item to EMURJ, sign in to your Orders page with the email address used with the item’s order and a six-digit verification code that is sent to the email address.

After you sign in, use the Request return link below your order. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) for return and submit your return request.

Please allow up to one business day for your return request to be reviewed. Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Print the shipping label and follow the instructions.

Orders in the United States

Returns from the United States receive free return shipping.

Orders outside the United States

Returns from outside the United States incur a $40 USD return shipping fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment and notify you with an email. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to process, and additional processing time may be required, depending on the payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders, any import fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns or returned items that don’t meet our return policy. Rejected returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
